PC/Network Support

IntelliTree's technicians are experts at supporting all types of networks and workstations. We support Windows, Mac and Linux workstations. We support all types of networks, large and small, both on the Server/Application side (Linux or Windows based), as well as on the network equipment and routing side (WANs, Cisco routers, etc). We also have experience with all types of peripheral devices, such as Smart phones/PDAs, network printers, etc.

Because we have developed our own suite of network systems for our Managed IT platform, we have a fundamental understanding of how computer and network systems work. We are not just technicians; we are experienced computer engineers.

In addition to our Managed IT maintenance contract, we also provide as-needed onsite support for customers not under contract. Because of our extensive experience, we can solve most problems quickly and painlessly.
